​Some clients come with a clear goal; others have a broader problem area that we focus on. Everyone is welcome, and you can always contact me for a general talk on how we can address your issue, as well as to get a sense of whether I am the right one to help you.
Personal development​
Personal development is not about grand transformative processes where one becomes "a new person," but rather about accepting oneself exactly as one is, instead of striving to be something one cannot genuinely embrace. It’s not about how one feels they should be or what others think one ought to be. It’s about being okay with oneself as one truly is, discovering the strengths that already exist, accepting less resourceful personality traits, and addressing issues, overcoming challenges, or setting ambitious goals from that starting point.

Prices
​For private clients the price is 130€ per hour and for business clients a session costs 290€ if
we meet in my office or online.
