Trainings and seminars in organizations and companies across Europe

Trainings and seminars

In a course at Asisco, you will meet instructors who passionately share their theoretical knowledge, expertise, and experience.

The focus of all courses is on you and your personal communication—how it works and how it can be improved. You will learn to listen in a new way, and not only will you get smart tips (you’ll get those too), but also effective methods to help you become better at getting others to listen to what you have to say. This will allow others to benefit from your ideas, experiences, and skills, just as you can learn to get more out of collaborating with others.

We aim for our courses to not just be exciting and inspiring but to make a real difference for you. To achieve this, we offer a blend of theory, practical examples, exercises, and reflection.

Teaching style

Our experience with learning is that people learn faster, better and easier if they are involved through dialogue and exercises, and when the teaching style is dynamic, vibrant and humorous - so thats how we do it. â€‹â€‹

Themes

We tailor trainings, seminars and workshops specifically to the needs of the group I will be working with, but there are a number of themes that we very often come around. They are :

Scandinavian leadership

What is the core of the Scandinavian leadership tradition and what elements can you benefit from. You will get an overview of the most critical cross cultural differences and how to deal with them.

Presentation technique

What makes or breaks a presentation is not the quality (or quantity) of slides but your personal performance, your appearance and self confidence in front of the audience.

This exercise based training teaches you that.

Stress

Learn to understand what stress is, what stresses you, how to deal with it and avoid it in the future. Learn about what stresses you and what your role is in both maintaining and dissolving the stress.

Negotiation and conflict solving

What basic elements creates a good and productive negotiation that gives you a much better platform from which conflicts can be solved should they occur.

Changes

How do you deal with changes and how can you become better at accepting and influencing changes.

Team leadership

How do you become a good team leader, the one others are motivated to follow.

Communication

How to become clear and efficient in your communication.

Positive working environment

How do you create a positive working environment free of stress.
